Role description
Salesforce Architect to join the team. The ideal candidate is an expert professional capable of taking on a pure-play role from day one. You must possess a strong architectural vision to develop solutions that meet business requirements while actively identifying issues in current applications. A critical part of this role involves acting as a shield for the Salesforce platform by guiding various development teams and validating external code to prevent multi-operating company conflicts.
Roles and Responsibilities

Application Streamlining: Identify issues and streamline current applications, including account and opportunity restructuring.

Technical Debt Management: Manage and resolve technical debt, such as reviewing duplicate rules on accounts and cleaning up opportunity and account pages.

Process Evaluation: Evaluate existing legacy configurations, such as account edit approval processes, to determine if they can be simplified or removed based on current business needs.

OC Onboarding: Lead the parallel onboarding of new Operating Companies (OCs) and manage all associated architectural complexities.

Onboarding Integrations: Design and manage any necessary integrations required for the new onboarding OCs.

Service Cloud Enhancements: Analyze and implement functional Service Cloud enhancements, including case age accuracy optimization and controlled case reopening mechanisms.

Tacton CPQ Oversight: Provide architectural oversight for the Tacton CPQ integration to ensure proper data flows into Salesforce for a 360-degree customer view.

Code Validation: Validate the Apex code and development approaches of external product consultants, such as those working on Tacton and Nextiva/Invenia CTI telephony integrations.

Project Review: Review and guide external or non-core delivery projects related to HQ2 to maintain platform integrity.

DevOps Guidance: Guide the establishment of a proper DevOps approval pipeline from Dev to QA to UAT to Prod, utilizing tools like Copado, Flosum, or Gearset integrated with GitHub.

Data Governance: Conduct analysis on system data quality and overall data governance.

Data Architecture: Assess and design external API data source connections to bring external records into HQ2 as cost-effective alternatives to implementing Data Cloud.

Agentforce Innovation: Identify and assess potential use cases to leverage and implement Agentforce within the organization's Salesforce ecosystem.
Tools Hands-On: Apex Coding, SF Config, Azure DevOps, Code Promotion using Gearset
