Job Description:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.

• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce development, integrations, data, security, and platform architecture.

• Lead architecture/design discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, admins, and integration teams.

• Review existing Salesforce solutions and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Define integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems

  .

• Ensure best practices around Salesforce security, data model, sharing, deployment, and governance

  .

• Participate in technical reviews, solution design, and troubleshooting of complex Salesforce issues.

Must-Have Skills

• Salesforce Architecture

• 15+ years of overall IT experience

• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience

• Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud

• Apex, Lightning/LWC, SOQL

• Salesforce Data Model & Security

• Salesforce Integration

  – REST/SOAP APIs

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture / Solution Design

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits

• CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect / Technical Architect

• Experience working with large enterprise Salesforce implementations

• Experience leading offshore/onshore technical teams

• Strong documentation and presentation skills
