Salesforce Health Cloud & Agentforce Engineer

Role Overview:

The Manager in Technology within the Advisory practice focuses on designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, particularly in Health Cloud, including care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows; configure Agentforce agents and AI templates; ensure integration with external systems like Epic and MuleSoft using REST/SOAP APIs; implement testing, observability, and guardrails for AI and automation; collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions; contribute to release management and performance tuning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum five years Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist certifications required; knowledge of Health Cloud, healthcare data security (HIPAA, HITRUST), and systems integration; proficiency with Salesforce APIs, version control, CI/CD tools, and generative AI concepts; strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
