Salesforce Health Cloud & Agentforce Engineer

The role involves designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management.

Responsibilities include building Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, as well as configuring agent and AI experiences using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Additionally, the manager will integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., HL7/FHIR APIs), ensure compliance with healthcare data security regulations, and collaborate with analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key duties also encompass testing, monitoring AI models, and maintaining system performance and security.

Qualifications include a minimum of five years of Salesforce development experience, proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and API integration, and relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.

Experience with Health Cloud, AI/ML, Data Cloud, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA) is preferred.

Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to travel for client support.
