Salesforce Health Cloud & Agentforce Engineer

Role:

The position involves designing, developing, and configuring scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient relationships.

Responsibilities:

Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to meet business needs; participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines. Configure Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, and AI templates; implement agent testing, observability, and guardrails for accuracy and data security. Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., HL7/FHIR APIs) ensuring healthcare compliance; collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions. Support release management, performance tuning, and environment strategies. Uphold professional integrity and contribute to a respectful work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers. Bachelor’s degree required; Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist are mandatory. Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, healthcare data security (HIPAA), and experience with external system integrations (EHR/EMR, HL7/FHIR) are essential. Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, version control, CI/CD tools, and responsible AI concepts is required. Experience with Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and enterprise AI/ML services is preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, and ability to work collaboratively are vital. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
