Job description
Role Overview:
The Manager in Technology within the Advisory practice focuses on designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, emphasizing Health Cloud features such as care plans and clinical data models.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure Salesforce Health Cloud components, including data models and features like Provider and Patient management.

Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows; participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.

Design and configure agent automation tools like Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and AI experiences, ensuring responsible AI practices.

Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems (e.g., HL7/FHIR APIs) while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST.

Collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions; contribute to release management and performance tuning.

Maintain high standards of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum five years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Triggers.

Bachelor’s degree required; Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist are necessary. Additional certifications are preferred.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, APIs (REST, SOAP), and healthcare data security standards.

Experience with Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external system integrations.

Knowledge of AI concepts, responsible AI delivery, and enterprise AI/ML services.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Ability to travel to support client engagements and team collaboration.
