Job description
Role Overview:
This position involves designing, developing, and configuring Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud features, care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management. The manager will build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment through CI/CD pipelines, and integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems like HL7/FHIR APIs while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within Salesforce ecosystem.

Configure and develop Health Cloud data models, including Patient, Provider, Care Team, and Clinical Data.

Develop and test AI-driven experiences using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, and RAG patterns, including Prompt Builder templates.

Implement and monitor agent testing, observability, guardrails, and ensure data security and compliance.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR APIs.

Collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects to optimize release management, performance, and environment strategy.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum five years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers.

Bachelor’s degree required; Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist are mandatory.

Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, integration experience, and proficiency with APIs and version control tools.

Experience with AI concepts, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and healthcare compliance such as HIPAA.

Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
