Job description

Role Overview:

Seeking a Manager in Technology within Advisory to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, with an emphasis on Health Cloud features such as care plans and clinical data models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers, ensuring quality through code reviews, testing, and deployment via CI/CD pipelines.

  • Configure Health Cloud data models and build AI-driven experiences using Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, and generative AI concepts.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems (e.g., HL7/FHIR, EHR/EMR) using web services while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and HITRUST.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, contribute to release management, and optimize system performance.

  • Ensure responsible AI delivery, including agent testing, observability, and risk mitigation measures such as data security and guardrails.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Triggers.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited institution; Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist) required, with advanced certifications preferred.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, APIs, and healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR).

  • Experience with external system integrations, version control, CI/CD tools, and responsible AI practices.

  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, enterprise AI/ML, and Agile methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, and ability to work collaboratively.

Additional Requirements:
