Salesforce Health Cloud & Agentforce Engineer

This role is for a

Manager in Technology within the Advisory practice,

focusing on designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, particularly Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management.

Key responsibilities include developing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows; configuring Agentforce agents and AI templates; integrating Salesforce with external systems like Epic and MuleSoft using REST/SOAP APIs; and ensuring compliance with healthcare data security regulations like HIPAA.

The ideal candidate has a

minimum of five years of Salesforce development experience,

with expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Triggers. Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist are required, with preferred qualifications including additional certifications and healthcare integration experience.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, APIs, Data Cloud, and responsible AI concepts is essential.

Qualifications also include familiarity with healthcare compliance, enterprise AI/ML services, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
