Job description

Role Overview:

This position involves designing, developing, and configuring scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud features, including care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient relationship management. The manager will build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines, and integrate Salesforce with external systems like Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, and HL7/FHIR APIs while ensuring healthcare data security compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions through collaboration with analysts and architects.

  • Configure and develop Health Cloud data models, agent-based solutions, and AI/ML models, including Prompt Builder templates and grounded AI experiences.

  • Implement agent testing, observability, and guardrails to ensure accuracy and compliance, including monitoring and risk management.

  • Ensure integration with external systems and maintain adherence to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST.

  • Contribute to Salesforce release management, performance tuning, and environment strategy.

  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility in all work activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum five years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Triggers.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited institution.

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist certifications are required; additional certifications are preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and integration with external healthcare systems.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, version control systems, and CI/CD tools.

  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce, generative AI, Data Cloud, and responsible AI concepts.

  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, enterprise AI/ML services, and Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The role requires travel to support client engagements and team collaboration. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
