About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Junior Technical Architect

with strong hands-on development expertise to lead technical design, Salesforce implementation, integrations, and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with

Salesforce OmniStudio, Industries CPQ

, Salesforce architecture, APIs, and hands-on Apex/Lightning development.

This role requires a strong technical leader who can work directly with customers, define requirements, design scalable solutions, mentor developers, and remain hands-on with development and debugging.

Primary Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to define business and technical requirements and present Salesforce solutions.
Design, develop, and customize solutions using

Apex, Lightning, Visualforce

, and other Salesforce technologies.
Lead technical design sessions and prepare detailed technical design documents.
Maintain significant

hands-on development and debugging responsibilities

while providing technical leadership to the development team.
Establish best practices for integration, application development, deployment, testing, and continuous improvement.
Manage technical scope, risks, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external/legacy systems using Salesforce APIs.
Provide expert-level technical guidance and troubleshooting support to Salesforce developers.
Direct and manage developer resources to achieve project objectives.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical assistance when required.
Participate in Salesforce implementation projects involving complex enterprise integrations.
Evaluate and quickly adopt new Salesforce technologies and related technologies such as

React, Informatica, ETL, and ESB integration tools

.
Own and contribute to the end-to-end Software/System Development Lifecycle, including code management, environment management, testing, deployment, and continuous integration.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of

Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and APIs

.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio

– Mandatory.
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Industries CPQ

– Mandatory.
Experience with

Communications, Media, Energy & Utilities (CME/Utilities)

industry solutions.
Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with

Apex, Lightning, Visualforce

, and related technologies.
Strong experience in

development, debugging, and technical design

.
Experience completing multiple Salesforce implementation projects involving integration with legacy and external systems.
Strong experience with

Salesforce APIs, web services, middleware, and enterprise integrations

.
Ability to lead technical discussions while remaining hands-on with development.
Experience mentoring and providing technical direction to developers.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, structured code management, environment management, testing, and continuous integration.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
