Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect / Functional Lead to serve as the strategic and hands-on bridge between business objectives and the Salesforce platform.

The role will focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, data architecture, enhancement delivery, SOP development, and platform governance

Key Responsibilities

Provide architecture and hands-on functional leadership across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Guide portal strategies for scheduling, invoice management, and future e-commerce capabilities.
Manage and optimize Salesforce data flows and existing integrations.
Oversee HubSpot-to-Salesforce lead routing and downstream operating-system integrations.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Manage enhancement backlogs and prioritize L1/L2 support versus strategic enhancements.
Develop SOPs and scalable operating processes.
Design functional data flows and integration strategies.
Manage third-party ecosystems involving Conga, DocuSign, and AWS.
Partner with Delivery Leads and offshore development teams.
