Salesforce Technical Architect – Genesys Cloud CX

The candidate needs to be strong in both Salesforce Architecture and Genesys integration

. They are not asking for two different candidates.

Core profile to target

• 12+ years Salesforce

• 3+ years Salesforce Architecture

• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud

• Hands-on Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage integration

• Salesforce Open CTI

• Omni-Channel / contact center integrations

• Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows

• Enterprise integrations and CRM architecture

• HLD/LLD, architecture reviews, governance

• PST working hours / Menlo Park, CA

• 12-month contract

• Ex-Genesys highly preferred
