Job Duties/Description:
The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for leading the design, governance, and implementation of the companyās multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem and related enterprise integrations. The Salesforce Technical Architect collaborates with business stakeholders, engineering, security, product, and operations teams to develop enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategies, reference architectures, and roadmaps that align technology solutions with business goals. Additionally, the role involves architecting and overseeing end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and supporting cross-functional transformation programs. Defines and oversees Salesforce integration patterns with enterprise patient management systems, cloud platforms, and custom applications; guides the design of APIs, middleware, and ETL processes for secure and reliable data exchange; owns Salesforce data modeling, governance, and data quality strategies; supports the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release governance for Salesforce deployments; serves as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, product owners, architects, developers, and system administrators; mentors Salesforce developers, business analysts, and solution architects; designs and implements enterprise architecture strategies aligned with TOGAF principles; develops and maintains IT roadmaps and value streams to support long-term business goals; participates in governance forums for solution oversight; applies expertise in Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and declarative Salesforce tools; leverages cloud-native development and modern DevOps practices in enterprise Salesforce environments; supports secure systems handling sensitive data in regulated industries; designs data ingestion pipelines and integrations using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and related middleware solutions; aligns the Salesforce data lifecycle with reference architecture patterns for scalability and reusability; and leads multi-cloud Salesforce transformations that enable unified data views and cross-functional process automation.
This is a remote work position. Multiple positions available.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a Bachelorās degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field and eight (8) years of experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture and delivery. The position also requires demonstrated knowledge and experience with the following: eight (8) years of experience leading and delivering complex Salesforce multi-cloud implementations; six (6) years of experience in Salesforce solution design, development, implementation, and governance, with a focus on sustainability and scalability; enterprise architecture strategy development using frameworks such as TOGAF; Salesforce platform technologies, such as Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools; cloud-native software development and modern DevOps practices for enterprise Salesforce deployments; working with secure systems handling sensitive data in regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services; designing data ingestion pipelines and external integrations using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware solutions; Salesforce data lifecycle and reference architecture patterns for scalability and reusability; and leading Salesforce multi-cloud transformations integrating Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms.
