FULLY REMOTE SCHOOL NURSING OPPORTUNITY!

KindSpire Education is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to provide school nursing support for a district in the Little Canada, MN area. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to support students and collaborate with school teams without being required to work physically on campus.

IMPORTANT — SCHOOL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous school nursing or school-based nursing experience is REQUIRED.

We are specifically looking for an RN or LPN with prior experience working in a school setting who understands the unique health and care needs of students and is comfortable providing nursing support remotely.

Responsibilities

Provide remote nursing support and consultation to students and school staff
Assess student health needs and provide appropriate nursing guidance
Develop and maintain student health plans
Coordinate with parents/guardians, teachers, administrators, and healthcare providers
Monitor and support students with chronic health conditions
Provide health education and nursing guidance
Maintain accurate and confidential health records
Assist with school health screenings and related initiatives
Provide consultation regarding medications, treatments, and student health needs within scope of practice
Complete nursing documentation and other remote administrative responsibilities

Qualifications

Active Minnesota RN or LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Previous school nursing or school-based nursing experience — REQUIRED
Experience working with children or adolescents
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable providing nursing services and collaborating with school teams remotely
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with district staff and families
