HYBRID SCHOOL NURSING OPPORTUNITY — IN-PERSON + REMOTE!

KindSpire Education is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to support students in the Maplewood, MN area. This unique opportunity combines in-person school-based nursing with remote responsibilities, providing flexibility while allowing you to make a direct impact on students.

IMPORTANT — SCHOOL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous school nursing or school-based nursing experience is REQUIRED.

We are specifically looking for an RN or LPN with prior experience working in a school setting who understands the unique health and care needs of students.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and health support to students
Assess and respond to student health needs
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
Monitor students with chronic and acute health conditions
Develop and maintain student health plans
Communicate with parents/guardians, teachers, administrators, and healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and confidential health records
Assist with health screenings and school health initiatives
Provide health education and support to students and staff
Complete nursing documentation and other remote responsibilities

Qualifications

Active Minnesota RN or LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Previous school nursing or school-based nursing experience — REQUIRED
Experience working with children or adolescents
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with school staff
Comfortable working in both in-person and remote settings
