Job Title: Scrum Master with Telecom OSS exp

Location: Middletown Township, NJ – Hybrid

Employment Type: Contract

Have an urgent opportunity for OSS (Network) domain Technical Handson person with Agile Scrum Master experience at New Jersey

Must Have:

 Min. 6 years of Telecom Domain complete understanding of OSS (Networking) working hands-on experience.

 Agile scrum Master (who can drive Agile ceremonies, drive / manage the Project Technically), JIRA, Estimate, Manage backlog, Release Management, Discuss with Business & Tech., Stake holder management, drive outcomes

 Scrum Masters – we need a Technical person with OSS domain (Key Works: Inventory, Network Configuration, Provisions, Service assurance)

 Exposure to concepts viz. Routing, Switching, Device/Equipment, VLAN, Porting etc.

Should have:

a. Good Communication, ability to show outcome than being just contributor/input provider, of the team

b. Agile Framework Experience, JIRA thoroughness

c. Talent must work from office 5 days at Middletown, NJ – no hybrid or remote option

d. Agentic AI Solutioning (or) relevant knowledge to leverage and fast track

e. Agile Scrum Master Certification (or) SaFe Certification
