The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager with strong agency experience managing large-scale and enterprise clients.
This role is ideal for someone confident owning complex, high-value accounts end-to-end - balancing senior stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and seamless delivery across SEO, SEM and broader digital channels.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients, helping shape digital strategy while working closely with specialist teams to drive performance, unlock growth opportunities, and deliver best-in-class campaigns.
What You’ll Do

Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, acting as the senior point of contact across all engagements

Build deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers

Lead campaign strategy and execution across SEO, SEM and integrated digital channels

Translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams

Drive proactive account management, ensuring timelines, deliverables and expectations are consistently met

Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to account growth and long-term partnerships

Analyse performance data, delivering clear insights and strategic recommendations to clients

Lead reporting, QBRs and strategic reviews with confidence and commercial awareness

Manage challenges and escalations effectively, maintaining strong client trust

Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, paid media, content and technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
What You’ll Bring

2-3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing agency, with strong exposure to enterprise or large-scale clients

Solid understanding of SEO, paid media and digital performance channels

Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and complex client environments

Confidence working with data, performance metrics and commercial outcomes

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level

Strong organisational and project management skills across multiple high-value accounts

A proactive, commercially minded approach with a focus on growth and client success

Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed
