Senior Accountant, Affordable Housing
The Senior Accountant supports:
the general ledger, financial close, and property owner
accounting for the company's corporate management company and operating property
entities. This role helps execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process,
maintains accurate corporate and property owner books and records, and prepares
financial statements and reporting packages, ensuring that financial information is
accurate, timely, and audit ready. The position works closely with the finance team,
third-party property managers, Asset Management, and external accounting, audit, and
tax advisors.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
