Job Description

Annex Training Institute is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Accountant Trainer / Accounting Instructor to deliver practical and career-focused accounting courses to students.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, practical UAE accounting experience, and the ability to explain accounting concepts in a simple and professional manner.

Courses / Topics to Be Taught

The trainer should be capable of delivering training in areas such as:

Manual Accounting
Financial Accounting
Computerized Accounting
Tally Prime
QuickBooks
UAE VAT
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Bank Reconciliation
Payroll Accounting
Financial Statements
Basic Cost & Management Accounting
Advanced Excel for Accounting & Finance

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and/or online accounting training sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.
Provide hands-on training using accounting software.
Explain accounting concepts using real-life business examples.
Monitor student performance and provide individual support when required.
Conduct examinations, assignments, and practical assessments.
Maintain proper training and student progress records.
Update training content according to current accounting and UAE VAT practices.
Support students with career-oriented accounting skills and interview preparation.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Practical experience with Tally Prime, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
Good knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting practices.
Previous teaching or professional training experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to teach students from different educational and professional backgrounds.
UAE experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, CA, CPA or equivalent qualifications will be given preference.

We are looking for a trainer who can combine theoretical knowledge with practical accounting skills and prepare students for real workplace requirements.
