Senior Accountant - Construction Industry

A reputed UAE-based Construction Company is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with proven experience in a similar position within the UAE construction industry.

Requirements :

· Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting or Finance.

· Minimum 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience in a UAE construction company.

· Experience in project accounting, job costing, budgeting and cost control.

· Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation and financial reporting.

· Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and applicable accounting regulations.

· Proficiency in Accounting software/ERP and MS Excel.

· Ability to independently handle accounting operations and meet reporting deadlines.

· Should be adept in Cash-flow management, Internal Audit, Finalization of Books of Accounts, preparing MIS Reports, arranging Bank facilities (OD, Credit Limits etc.), Letter of Credits, Guarantees, Bills discounting, Sub-contract agreements, shipping etc.
