We're looking for a motivated Senior Accountant with 4+ years of Public Practice Accounting experience, who is passionate about building client relationships, developing their technical expertise, and making a meaningful impact within a growing team.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and review Financial Statements, Income Tax Returns, BAS and IAS.

• Deliver high-quality tax and compliance services to SME clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Support tax planning and business advisory engagements.

• Review workpapers and ensure compliance with professional standards.

• Mentor and support junior team members.

• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Managers and Directors to deliver exceptional client outcomes

What you'll bring

• 4+ years' experience in Australian Public Practice Accounting.

• Hold full working rights to work in Australia.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, Income Tax, BAS, IAS and FBT.

• Experience using Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion).

• A proactive mindset and passion for delivering outstanding client service.
