Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Software Development and Programming skills, with experience in building and integrating services for AI and data-intensive applications.

• Candidates should possess solid Infrastructure expertise, including cloud platforms, containerization, orchestration, and system performance optimization.

• Candidates should possess practical Databases experience, covering data modeling, query optimization, and managing large-scale, distributed data systems.

• Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues across applications, infrastructure, and data layers.

• Experience with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., model training frameworks, MLOps pipelines, CI/CD for ML) is highly beneficial.

• Strong understanding of security, reliability, and scalability best practices for production AI systems.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Prior experience in a senior or lead engineering role within AI, data platforms, or cloud-native environments is preferred.
