About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR ANALYTICS ENGINEER acts as a trusted technical advisor, working directly with customers to solve complex process challenges using the organization's software. This role focuses on designing scalable analytics solutions that drive engagement, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. It plays a pivotal part in enhancing customer value and contributing to the organization's impact in industrial data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery for complex, multi-phase, or customized customer projects.

• Mentor junior Analytics Engineers and develop reusable tools and templates.

• Serve as escalation point for technical and solution-design challenges.

• Build strong customer relationships to support technical adoption and uncover high-impact use cases.

• Collaborate with account teams to develop strategic adoption plans.

• Advise and occasionally assist customers in implementing and operationalizing use cases.

• Upskill partner ecosystem to extend global and localized support.

• Maintain product expertise, including integration capabilities.

• Provide feedback to influence the product roadmap.

• Assess and position the software against competitive products.

• Collaborate on designing and testing new product features.

• Apply industry-specific knowledge to build customer trust and influence strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical fields such as chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering; related fields like operations research, data analytics, or applied math considered.

• At least 7 years of experience in process engineering, reliability engineering, technical pre-sales engineering (preferably SaaS or OT), or related areas.

• Deep technical expertise in one or more industrial process manufacturing sectors.

• Understanding of market drivers and business priorities in these sectors.

• Experience with challenges of analyzing dense time-series industrial process data.

• Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences.

• Ability to develop and propose technical solutions using current software capabilities.

• Independent prioritization aligned with account and company strategy.

• Prior experience with the organization's software preferred.

• Programming skills in Python or other languages are a plus.

• Broad knowledge of the SaaS industrial analytics ecosystem is advantageous.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
