About the Opportunity:
The Senior Analytics Engineer will design, build, and manage comprehensive data solutions for core products. This role is critical for establishing scalable analytics foundations, integrating data from various sources, and delivering trusted metrics and insights that support strategic initiatives and improve analytics, visualization, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and deliver analytics-ready data platforms using Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics and reports.
• Design, build, and test certified datasets integrating internal and external data.
• Lead development of interactive analytical experiences, including dashboards and semantic models.
• Create and maintain analytics models and metrics related to provider sales and operational performance.
• Audit and evaluate data collection quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize data delivery and modeling.
• Mentor junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Promote data governance by enforcing quality, documentation, and consistent metric definitions.
• Drive a data-driven culture through trusted datasets and enable self-service analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address analytical needs and align with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership in data visualization infrastructure and best practices.
• Manage and evolve governance frameworks to ensure quality and scalability.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data visualization or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Looker and LookML; experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience building analytics models using dbt and Snowflake.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with agile development and collaborative project delivery.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Preferred: Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with sales teams and knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Preferred: Healthcare industry experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base salary range: $73,539.55 to $165,000.
