Senior Associate - Cloud Security Engineer

The role involves supporting and configuring SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions, including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies. The Senior Associate will troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop comprehensive documentation and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with one year focused on SailPoint ISC.

• Preferred bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related fields; or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years in SailPoint or similar identity security roles.

• Knowledge of identity governance, access controls, regulatory compliance, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute to technical workstreams and support initiatives.

• Ability to work collaboratively, participate in technical discussions, and support client solutions.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation, configuration, and optimization of SailPoint ISC solutions.

• Troubleshooting and resolving onboarding and governance challenges.

• Engaging with application owners and security teams to gather requirements and support project delivery.

• Developing technical documentation, configuration guides, and best practices.
