Senior Associate - Identity Security Cloud Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior Associate, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Engineer, supports the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions. This role involves managing identity lifecycle processes, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and supporting identity governance activities. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical documentation, and uphold best practices in identity security.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SailPoint ISC implementations, including onboarding, configuration, and deployment

• Configure and maintain identity management solutions, policies, roles, and workflows

• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve onboarding challenges

• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and project stakeholders

• Develop technical documentation and operational procedures

• Support identity governance initiatives in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum three years of recent experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least one year in SailPoint ISC

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience

• Experience supporting SailPoint ISC implementations and IAM migrations

• Understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud platforms

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively and participate in technical discussions

• Authorized to work without sponsorship in the U.S.
