Senior Associate - Salesforce Health Cloud & Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Overview:

Seeking a Senior Associate in Technology within the Advisory practice, focusing on designing, developing, and integrating Salesforce solutions, especially Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management.

• Key Responsibilities: Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to meet business needs; configure Salesforce Health Cloud data models; develop AI-driven solutions using Prompt Builder and generative AI concepts; integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems via APIs while ensuring compliance with data security regulations like HIPAA and HITRUST.

• Collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions; contribute to release management, performance tuning, and environment strategies; participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.

• Implement agent testing, observability, guardrails, and monitor AI and system performance; manage integrations with systems such as Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR APIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum three years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers; Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist) required; Healthcare data model expertise and healthcare system integrations preferred.

• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and version control tools; experience with Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and enterprise AI/ML services is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
