The Senior Associate in Technology role involves designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Health Cloud features such as care plans and clinical data models. Responsibilities include building Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, as well as configuring Agentforce agents and developing AI-driven experiences using Salesforce data and RAG patterns. The role requires integrating Salesforce with external systems like Epic and MuleSoft, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions. Key duties also include testing, deployment, performance tuning, and maintaining security standards.

Qualifications include a minimum of three years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Triggers. Candidates must hold Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist, with additional certifications preferred. Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, integration experience (HL7/FHIR), proficiency with APIs and CI/CD tools, and knowledge of healthcare compliance are essential. Hands-on experience with AI concepts, Data Cloud, and enterprise AI/ML services is highly valued.
