Role Overview:

The Senior Associate in Technology supports the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows; configure Health Cloud data models; develop and test AI-driven solutions using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, and RAG patterns; integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs; ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards; collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions; contribute to release management and performance tuning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum three years of Salesforce development experience, proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist certifications; strong understanding of Healthcare Cloud data models and integrations with HL7/FHIR standards; experience with APIs, version control, CI/CD tools, and AI/ML concepts; knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA), Salesforce Shield, and enterprise tools is preferred.
