Senior Associate - Salesforce Health Cloud & Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer

Role:

Senior Associate in Technology within the Advisory practice, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, particularly Health Cloud features.

• Responsibilities: Develop scalable Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and data models. Configure Health Cloud elements like care plans, clinical data, and provider/patient management. Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems (e.g., HL7/FHIR APIs) using REST/SOAP web services while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions, participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and performance tuning. Develop and test AI/ML features using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, and responsible AI practices. Implement agent testing, observability, and guardrails for AI solutions.

• Qualifications & Skills: Minimum three years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. Bachelor's degree required. Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist; additional certifications preferred. Strong understanding of Health Cloud data models and healthcare data security. Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, version control, CI/CD tools, and external system integration. Hands-on experience with generative AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise AI/ML services. Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA), Salesforce Shield, OmniStudio, and stakeholder management.
