Job description
Role Overview:
The Senior Associate in Technology within the Advisory practice focuses on designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, particularly Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management. The role involves building Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, as well as integrating Salesforce with external healthcare systems using APIs while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA. Collaboration with analysts, administrators, and architects is essential to translate requirements into technical solutions. The position requires hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, SOQL, LWC, and data security tools, along with proficiency in CI/CD tools and healthcare data standards such as HL7/FHIR. Knowledge of enterprise AI, responsible AI delivery, and healthcare compliance is preferred. The role demands problem-solving, stakeholder management, and effective communication skills, with occasional travel to support client engagements.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum three years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist; additional certifications preferred

Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and experience with healthcare data integration (HL7/FHIR)

Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, Version Control, CI/CD tools, and enterprise AI concepts

Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA) and security tools like Salesforce Shield

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
