Senior Associate - Salesforce Health Cloud & Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer

The role involves designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management.

Responsibilities include building Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment via CI/CD pipelines.

Additional duties encompass configuring Agentforce agents, prompts, and grounded AI experiences using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, and AI patterns, as well as integrating Salesforce with external systems like Epic and MuleSoft while ensuring healthcare data security compliance.

Collaboration with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions, along with contributing to release management and performance tuning, is essential.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of Salesforce development experience, proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and familiarity with Health Cloud, APIs, and AI concepts.

Qualifications include Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist, with additional certifications preferred.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, data security, and experience with enterprise tools like OmniStudio and AI/ML services are advantageous.

The role requires problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with occasional travel to support client engagements and team activities.
