Job description

Role Overview:

The Senior Associate in Technology supports the design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Health Cloud features such as care plans and clinical data models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers, and participate in code reviews and deployment activities.

  • Configure Agentforce agents, prompts, and grounded AI experiences leveraging Salesforce data, Data Cloud, and RAG patterns.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., HL7/FHIR, EHRs) via APIs while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.

  • Collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions and contribute to release management and performance tuning.

  • Implement testing, observability, and guardrails for AI and agent functionalities, including monitoring and risk mitigation.

  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and responsibility in all interactions, supporting a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum three years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist are mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, APIs, and healthcare data security (HIPAA, PHI/PII).

  • Experience with external system integration, version control, CI/CD tools, and AI concepts is preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of Agile methodologies.

  • Ability to support client engagements and travel as needed.
