Senior Backend Developer (Node.js / NestJS)

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to take ownership of designing and scaling enterprise-grade backend systems.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Design and build scalable, secure enterprise APIs and backend systems

🔹 Lead architecture, technical design, and code reviews

🔹 Optimize PostgreSQL queries, schemas, and Prisma operations

🔹 Implement Redis caching, distributed rate limiting, and shared-state management

🔹 Set development standards, automated testing, and CI/CD practices

🔹 Mentor developers and collaborate with solution architects and DevOps

What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong hands-on experience with NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript in production

✅ Solid PostgreSQL design and performance tuning

✅ Experience with Prisma (or TypeORM) and Redis

✅ Understanding of microservices and distributed systems

✅ Docker, CI/CD, and cloud experience

✅ Proven technical leadership
