Role Description

The Senior .NET Developer (Saudi National) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Olaya. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining .NET-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, implement new features, and refactor existing code following best practices in object-oriented programming. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and contributing to architectural decisions. The role also requires documenting technical solutions, mentoring less experienced developers, and collaborating with stakeholders to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills, with the ability to design modular, maintainable solutions.

• Hands-on Software Development experience in enterprise or complex business applications.

• Proficiency in .NET Core for building modern, scalable, and secure backend services.

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC for developing robust web applications and APIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.

• Knowledge of modern software development practices, including version control (e.g., Git), unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring or guiding development teams and contributing to technical decision-making.
