Job Description – Business Analyst (Cargo Airline – API & Technical)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with experience in Cargo Airline operations and strong API/integration knowledge. The successful candidate will bridge business and technical teams, define functional and integration requirements, and support the delivery of scalable airline cargo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional and technical requirements.

• Analyze existing cargo airline processes and recommend improvements.

• Work closely with architects and developers on API integrations and system interfaces.

• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, API specifications and workflow diagrams.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful project delivery.

• Support SIT, UAT and production deployment activities.

• Validate API responses and integration scenarios.

• Ensure traceability from requirements through delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong Business Analysis experience in Cargo Airline domain.

• Mandatory hands-on understanding of REST APIs, JSON and system integrations.

• Ability to read API documentation and collaborate with technical teams.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Swagger/Postman or similar tools.

• Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

• Exposure to airline cargo systems and integration platforms.

• Experience working with enterprise applications and microservices is a plus.
