Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support business and technology projects. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and working with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.

• Document business processes, requirements, and solutions.

• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports.

• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.

• Support solution design, testing, and implementation.

• Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Provide recommendations based on analysis and business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or related roles.

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or similar certifications are an advantage.
