JMM INNOVATIONS is hiring a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for enterprise IT projects. You will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into clear, buildable specifications and supporting delivery end to end.

What you'll do:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)

• Map current-state processes and design improved future-state workflows (BPMN, data flows)

• Own stakeholder alignment across business teams and technical delivery groups

• Support UAT: build test scenarios, run sessions, track defects, and ensure solution readiness

• Produce system documentation and maintain process clarity across all project phases

• Facilitate delivery across Agile and Waterfall frameworks while managing stakeholder communications

What you'll bring:

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst with a strong enterprise IT/software background

• Proven track record delivering end-to-end IT projects in complex environments

• Strong hands-on expertise in requirements documentation, process modelling (BPMN), and system mapping

• Native or fluent Arabic with strong written and spoken English

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

• Based in Riyadh and available to work on-site full time
