We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into practical solutions, improve operational efficiency, and support the Center’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and analyze existing processes to recommend effective improvements.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including business and technical documentation.

• Propose innovative solutions that address business needs.

• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare return on investment (ROI) assessments for projects and initiatives.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of policies and procedures for existing and new processes.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen organizational performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis.

• Strong understanding of the financial sector and information technology.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio and Excel, with familiarity with project management and business analysis practices.
