Business analyst, Requirement gathering, Analysis, Basic SQL query building and execution, API execution via postman / SoapUI
Job Description:
• Experience in iLoyal (Loyalty management platform) is a must
• Experience in Requirements gathering and analysis and creation of associated deliverables
• Familiar with Business Analysis Methodologies - Eg: Agile Methodologies like Scrum/Kanban and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Visio, or Azure DevOps
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing and end-to-end testing cycles
• Experience in interacting with Vendors
• Experience in defining the Business Scope for RFI/RFP process
• Experience in handling IT Support issues raised by Business & follow up of issues raised with internal IT & Vendor
• Experience in process mapping (e.g., use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, swimlanes).
