About Our Client:
The organization supports the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Chief Information Officer by developing a rapidly expanding Data Analytics and Business Intelligence platform. This platform aims to provide federal customers with tools and capabilities to transform data into actionable insights, addressing challenges in data utilization within the federal sector.
About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST/SCRUM MASTER will lead stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and Agile workflow management across cross-functional teams. This role is critical in ensuring effective delivery of data analytics solutions that meet user needs and support project success.
Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Maintain product backlogs with clear, prioritized, and actionable requirements.

Lead requirements gathering, change management, and continuous delivery.

Engage in daily operational activities and identify process improvements.

Support planning and execution of user acceptance testing.

Contribute to monthly contractual deliverables.

Coordinate with various data team roles to support solution design and project execution.
Requirements:

US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.

Bachelor’s degree.

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Experience as a lead business analyst or functional lead across multiple Agile teams.

Strong skills in translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept through delivery.

Experience with data analytics and business intelligence platforms.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
-
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, product owners, and customer experience members.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:

Salary Range: $100,000 to $110,000
