Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst / Corporate Banking SME

to support large-scale

Temenos T24 Core Banking transformation programs

across Retail and Corporate Banking operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in

Middle East banking

, strong expertise in

Retail, Corporate, and Islamic Banking

, and proven hands-on experience with

Temenos T24, Islamic AA, and TPH implementations

. The role will focus on business requirements, operating model transformation, process mapping, data migration, testing, business readiness, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for T24 transformation programs.

• Prepare and maintain:

• Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

• Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)

• Process Documentation

• Requirement Traceability

• Manage requirements, scope control, and change requests.

• Conduct workshops with business and operations stakeholders.

• Coordinate requirements with implementation partners and vendors.

Retail & Corporate Banking Operations

• Act as a

  Retail & Corporate Banking Operations SME

  for back-office transformation.

• Support banking operations covering:

• Accounts

• Deposits

• Financing

• Payments

• Corporate Banking

• Islamic Banking

• Analyze existing operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Define business rules and operational workflows.

Core Banking Transformation

• Support end-to-end

  Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact

  transformation initiatives.

• Participate in current-state assessment and future-state solution design.

• Perform business process mapping and gap analysis.

• Define and validate the

  Target Operating Model (TOM)

  .

• Ensure future-state processes align with business and operational objectives.

Islamic Banking

• Provide SME expertise for

  Islamic Banking

  transformation initiatives.

• Support

  Temenos Islamic AA and TPH

  implementations.

• Validate Islamic banking business processes, products, rules, and operational requirements.

• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure Islamic banking requirements are correctly implemented.

Data Migration & Reconciliation

• Support data migration planning and execution.

• Define data mapping and transformation requirements.

• Support data cleansing and validation activities.

• Validate migrated customer, account, deposit, financing, and transaction data.

• Support

  balance reconciliation

  and migration validation.

• Identify and resolve data migration issues.

Testing & UAT

• Lead business participation in testing activities.

• Prepare business test scenarios and UAT test cases.

• Support:

• System Integration Testing (SIT)

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Regression Testing

• Validate requirements against implemented functionality.

• Lead defect triage and coordinate defect resolution.

• Support business sign-off and production readiness.

Change Management & Business Readiness

• Develop operational readiness plans.

• Prepare

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  .

• Develop user manuals and operational documentation.

• Conduct business-user training.

• Support change adoption and transition activities.

• Ensure business teams are prepared for the new T24 operating environment.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Work closely with:

• Business Users

• Retail Banking Teams

• Corporate Banking Teams

• Operations Teams

• IT Teams

• Product Owners

• Project Managers

• Implementation Partners

• Vendors

• Facilitate workshops and business discussions.

• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners.

• Provide regular updates on requirements, testing, migration, risks, and business readiness.

Governance & Documentation

• Maintain project and business-analysis documentation.

• Ensure requirements and changes are properly governed.

• Support project governance and implementation reviews.

• Maintain traceability between business requirements, configuration, testing, and sign-off.

• Support audit and compliance requirements where applicable.

Required Experience

• 11+ years of experience

  in Temenos Core Banking transformation programs.

• Proven experience as a

  Business Analyst / SME

  in T24 transformation projects.

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Temenos T24 / Transact

  .

• Strong

  Middle East / GCC banking experience

  .

• Extensive

  Retail Banking and Corporate Banking

  operations experience.

• Strong

  Islamic Banking

  domain knowledge.

• 5+ years of experience in Islamic AA and TPH implementations

  .

• Experience supporting data migration, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation.

• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, defect management, and business validation.

• Client-facing consulting experience.

• Experience working in multi-vendor implementation environments.
