We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and business-focused Senior Business & Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders, business teams, IT teams, developers, and project managers to analyze business processes, identify system requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, processes, workflows, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and prioritize business and system requirements.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and technical requirements.

• Analyze existing systems, applications, workflows, and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Design and recommend system solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements.

• Develop business process models, workflow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and functional documentation.

• Collaborate with software developers, architects, QA teams, IT specialists, and project managers throughout the system development lifecycle.

• Evaluate system integrations, APIs, databases, data flows, and dependencies across business applications.

• Support ERP, CRM, financial, operational, HR, and other enterprise system improvement initiatives.

• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, solution discussions, and process review sessions.

• Identify opportunities for process automation, digital transformation, system optimization, and operational efficiency.

• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

• Analyze system performance and business outcomes to ensure solutions deliver expected value.

• Develop reports, dashboards, business cases, and management presentations to support decision-making.

• Identify project risks, dependencies, business impacts, and implementation challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering business processes, system requirements, configurations, and functional specifications.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts and Systems Analysts when required.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, enterprise systems, digital transformation trends, and business analysis methodologies.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong experience in business requirements gathering, process analysis, system analysis, and solution design.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and business analysis methodologies.

• Experience developing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial, supply chain, or operational platforms is preferred.

• Strong understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, system integrations, and data flows is an advantage.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and business optimization.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA, Scrum, or related qualifications are an advantage.
