Youâll bring deep expertise in enterprise integrations while helping shape the administration and adoption of AI platforms across the business.
The role combines hands-on technical ownership with business partnership, automation, process improvement, and systems thinking.
Youâll help stabilize integrations across critical people, finance, identity, and other enterprise systems while supporting modernization initiatives.
Youâll also contribute to responsible AI adoption by establishing access, security, governance, enablement, and usage practices.
Success in this role means improving reliability, data quality, automation, adoption, and business outcomesânot simply keeping systems running.

Accountabilities

Share ownership of the enterprise integration layer across payroll, benefits, identity management, finance, and other critical systems, monitoring performance, troubleshooting failures, and improving reliability.

Administer and support an enterprise AI platform, including workspace configuration, user provisioning, roles, permissions, security settings, usage monitoring, governance, and identity/SSO integrations.

Partner with teams across the organization to drive responsible AI adoption by developing onboarding processes, usage guidelines, enablement resources, and scalable adoption practices.

Configure and enhance enterprise systems in partnership with business stakeholders, translating evolving business requirements into effective system configurations, business rules, and security controls.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes using business process logic, calculated fields, iPaaS platforms, and AI-powered workflows.

Design solutions that consider upstream and downstream dependencies, data flows, scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

Apply AI tools to day-to-day activities such as analysis, documentation, testing, solution design, and process improvement.

Establish and monitor meaningful performance indicators, including integration uptime, data quality, AI adoption and usage, process cycle time, and other business outcomes.

Act as a trusted partner to business teams by understanding how work is performed, identifying friction points, gathering requirements, and recommending improvements.

Maintain comprehensive documentation covering system configurations, integration architecture, data flows, processes, and AI platform governance.

Contribute to the development of standards, processes, and playbooks as the Business Technology function expands its systems and AI platform capabilities.

Continuously identify opportunities to broaden platform ownership, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen the overall enterprise systems ecosystem.
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise integrations, IT platforms, or a related technical role.

Hands-on experience building, configuring, monitoring, and supporting enterprise integrations, including APIs, SFTP, middleware, SSO, EIB-style tools, Core Connectors, or comparable technologies.

Experience administering enterprise SaaS or AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar environments.

Strong understanding of integration patterns and how data moves between enterprise systems, with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Hands-on experience with business process automation, calculated fields, business logic, or iPaaS technologies such as MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or similar platforms.

Demonstrated ability to reduce manual processes through automation and create scalable, efficient system workflows.

Genuine interest in enterprise AI platforms, including both the technical configuration and organizational change-management aspects of AI adoption.

Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into system configurations and practical technical solutions.

Strong data fluency, including the ability to validate, interpret, troubleshoot, and clearly communicate data and understand downstream impacts of system decisions.

Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, taking initiative, developing new processes, and creating practical solutions without requiring fully defined requirements.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with data privacy and security frameworks such as HIPAA, HITRUST, or comparable standards, particularly as they relate to enterprise data, AI platforms, and cross-system integrations.

An AI-first mindset, with demonstrated curiosity, experimentation, and regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and solve problems.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across technical platforms, business stakeholders, and ongoing initiatives.
Benefits

Annual US base salary range of USD $114,000â$125,000 .

Final compensation determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, education, and other job-related factors.
