to join our Strategy & Insights team and play a pivotal role in enabling smarter business decisions across a national organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the GM – Strategy & Insights, you will lead the delivery of trusted analytical products, insights and reporting solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation. We are looking for applicants

with 5 years (minimum) of experience

in the relevant field.

You will:

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement.

• Design and deliver insightful dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools.

• Transform complex business challenges into scalable analytical solutions.

• Establish trusted business metrics, definitions, and reporting standards.

• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and uncover actionable insights.

• Work closely with Data Engineering teams to optimise data models and pipelines.

• Drive adoption of governed data and insight-led decision making across the business.

About You

You're equally comfortable working with data and people.

You have a passion for solving complex problems, a curious mindset, and the ability to tell compelling stories with data.

You'll bring:

• Advanced Power BI expertise including DAX, Power Query, semantic modelling, and performance optimisation.

• Strong SQL capability and experience working with large, complex datasets.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience translating business needs into meaningful insights and recommendations.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• A proactive mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.

Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Python, AI-enabled analytics, or statistical modelling will be highly regarded.
