Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a strong

Data / Backend Engineer:

someone with solid data engineering experience who is also comfortable working across backend development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.

Must-have:

• Strong Python experience

• Solid Scala experience (applications and scripting)

• Strong AWS experience —> ECS Fargate, Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, DynamoDB

• Solid Kafka experience

• Event-driven architectures (EventBridge → SQS → Lambda)

• Strong experienve with Streaming data pipelines

• Data engineering experience with MongoDB.

-IaC -> AWS CDK (TypeScript). If not, then Terrraform CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience designing or maintaining pipelines that resolve duplicate, conflicting records across data sources. Ideally in a customer/voter/contact-data context.

Nice-to-have:

• API development (REST APIs via API Gateway/Lambda).

• DynamoDB

• Terraform

• Confluent Kafka and CDC
