Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Data Scientist

to support Machine Learning and Data Science initiatives within our AI Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in applied machine learning, statistical modeling, analytics, and analytical problem-solving, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical data science solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and interpret machine learning models, including regression and classification models.

• Perform data exploration, data preparation, feature engineering, model development, validation, and evaluation.

• Apply predictive modeling, forecasting, experimentation, and A/B testing to solve business problems.

• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.

• Communicate analytical findings and model outputs effectively to technical and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and business partners.

• Support the delivery of enterprise AI and analytics solutions from initial exploration through production readiness.

• Contribute to use cases such as churn prediction, personalization, recommendation systems, marketing optimization, anomaly detection, and experimentation.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Python and SQL

  .

• Strong understanding of

  Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling

  .

• Experience with

  predictive modeling, forecasting, classification, and regression

  .

• Hands-on experience with

  experimentation and A/B testing

  .

• Strong knowledge of

  feature engineering, model evaluation, and model validation

  .

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  Azure, Azure ML, Databricks, or MLflow

  .

• Experience with

  Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms

  .

• Experience delivering machine learning solutions in an enterprise environment.
