Senior DevOps Engineer

Role: Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location: Remote in Europe

We are looking for a

Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

to help drive the infrastructure forward.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support seamless software delivery.

• Manage, scale, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure on AWS.

• Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance through proactive monitoring and logging.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible.

• Maintain and optimize relational and non-relational database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve system architecture and deployment strategies.

Required skills:

• Strong experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (

  CI/CD Pipelines

  ).

• Hands-on expertise with

  Kubernetes

  and container orchestration.

• Solid experience managing cloud environments on

  AWS

  .

• Proficiency with automation tools, particularly

  Ansible

  .

• Experience setting up and managing monitoring, logging, and metrics stacks (

  Prometheus

  ,

  Grafana

  ,

  ELK Stack

  ).

• Practical experience managing and tuning databases (

  PostgreSQL

  ,

  MongoDB

  ).

• English fluent

Nice to have:

• Prior background or hands-on experience in backend development (

  Python / Django

  ) is a strong plus
