Senior Estimation Engineer – Civil
Experience: 5–10 Years
Job Description:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for civil construction projects.

Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine material, labour, and equipment costs.

Prepare and review tender submissions, budgets, and cost breakdowns.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Coordinate with project, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure accurate cost estimation.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure estimates meet project requirements and budget targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in estimation within the civil construction industry.

Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.

Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and tendering processes.
-
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
